維爾卡諾春天酒店 (Spring Hotel Vulcano)

預訂酒店時重點突出的天台泳池，是需要付費住up 的客房才能使用，而這個房間在我諮詢價格時，工作人員告訴我很貴，我問多少錢，他又重複了一遍很貴…然後我説我想知道價格，後面才不情願的幫我查詢，後來我又問到如何不住up 房但去天台泳池，他告訴我需要付款100€？？如果是適當性的付費我可以理解，需要付費較高的話，那就不要特別強調這項活動了。提到的很多服務設施，基本可以忽視，因為預約不上。另外酒店在入住的時候，會強製性要求你下載他們的app 才能在連上wifi 🤗最可怕的是，我在房間看到了🪳，本來還要在島上多呆一天，為了省去換酒店的麻煩打算續房，諮詢了工作人員説就算我續房我第二天也要退房以後再重新check in …拜託，周圍房價都比你便宜，我想續房的唯一目的就是我可以省去退房的麻煩。否則，我不認為我會再為這個酒店買單，因為價格跟設施不算太對等。當然，地理位置很方便，廁所也很大。但這些都是周圍其他酒店可替代的。最後，我回到房間看到🪳，更加覺得沒有續房的必要。但我入住那天工作人員很好。

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out! Pros: Very good location Modern hotel Heated pools( wheelchair friendly) Good food and service Cons: No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈 The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣 All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family

Le personnel est accueillant et de bon conseil. La taille des chambres est parfaite et la vue mer sur deux côtés est incroyable.
